General Information

The ERIS proceedings shall be submitted to CEUR-WS for online publication, indexed among other at DBLP, Scopus, Semantic Scholar and Google Scholar.

Following the requirements for publication of CEUR, at least one of the authors of papers submitted for publication needs to have an author with 5 or more publications visible on DBLP.
The submitted papers are expected to meet high standards satisfying serious evaluation criteria. Each paper will be reviewed thoroughly by at least two members of the Program Committee. Double-blind review process will be applied to ensure maximal objectiveness.
The papers that cannot be accepted for CEUR proceedings will be published in a separate booklet and will be sent to DBLP for indexing.

Authors need to follow the guidelines below.

Please, consider the different contribution total limits (including title, abstract, figures, tables, references etc.):

  • Full Paper: 9 – 16 pages CEURART style
  • Short Paper: 5 – 8 pages CEURART style

Full papers shall present relevant research results with scientific rigor.

Short papers may have a smaller scope of contribution than full papers and may describe work in progress. Both types will be subject to peer review and will be published in the proceedings when accepted.

Official language of the conference is English.

Paper Preparation

The papers must be submitted using the CEURART one column style template. All authors are kindly asked to follow the CEURART style guidelines for the preparation of their manuscripts.

Paper Submission

The authors have to create an account in the Conference management system Easychair (http://easychair.org/) and upload their paper in PDF format.

Camera-ready papers should be uploaded in source format also (Word.)
